You can order the products through the website, via the call center, or in pharmacies and drugstores.
Ordering through the website
- Visit the product page you want to purchase (e.g., Tomato Lycopene).
- Specify the quantity of the product (default is usually set to “1”).
- Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
- A notification bar will appear with a link to “View Cart.” If you wish to continue browsing and complete the purchase later, you can leave the page. You can view your cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner.
- When you decide to finalize your purchase, click on the cart icon. This opens the order review page, where you can remove items from the cart or change quantities. If you have a discount coupon, enter it to reduce the total amount.
- After adjusting everything, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. This opens the “Order Details” page, where you enter the necessary information for order processing. Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. The “Cash on Delivery” option is automatically selected, meaning you pay the courier the total amount (product price + delivery costs) upon receiving the goods.
Ordering through the call center
Contact the call center during working hours (09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays) by calling the phone numbers: +38161 254 42 98 and 021 47 20 512. You can obtain all the necessary information about the product and place an order over the phone.
Purchase in pharmacies and drugstores
You can buy our products at all Lilly drugstores, and soon you will be able to find our products in pharmacies as well.
